Every year Guam participates in the International Coastal Cleanup organized by the Ocean Conservancy. The cleanup will be from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 18, 2016. Families and groups of all ages are encouraged to attend. Coastal Cleanup is the largest volunteer event in Guam. The cleanup is organized by the Guam Coastal Management Program of the Bureau of Statistics and Plans. Now it's your time to ask the questions to your candidates! The Guam Election Commission will be conducting a series of open forums open to the general public towards the last week of September at 6 p.m. at the Mangilao Mayor's Office.
